The Division of Human Resources is pleased to partner with Adirondack Health & Wellness for this year's Flu Shot Clinics at the Heffner Alumni House.

Flu Shot Appointments are still available for Friday, October 3 (10am - 3pm) and Wednesday, October 22 (1pm - 4:30pm). 

Registration is REQUIRED and all Faculty & Staff must bring the following to your appointment:

• Completed Consent Form
• CDPHP medical insurance ID card (or other approved insurance ID card)

If you have any trouble with the scheduling site, need to change or cancel your appointment, please call Adirondack Health & Wellness at (518) 886-8251.
