Achieving Stellar Service Experiences

The rewards -- and penalties -- of customer service have never been greater. One poor service experience can have deep repercussions. In most instances, it doesn't take much to switch vendors. However, the loss can go deeper than that. Internet and blogging forums allow customers to share that bad experience, thereby damaging your company's reputation on a worldwide scale.

The materials are presented according to AchieveGlobal's five phases of learning: Commit, Assess, Acquire, Develop, and Apply. Titled the AchieveGlobal Learning Formula, it guides the learner through a cycle of learner-centric activities that result in sustained behavior change.
