This session will provide participants with an introduction to harassment prevention and the definition of what constitutes harassment and discrimination in the workplace utilizing specific examples and active discussions. The “Sexual Assault/Harassment” continuum will be discussed and applicable Rensselaer Policies will be reviewed including reporting options and Rensselaer’s internal investigation and resolution process.
