In this interactive workshop, participants will experience "a day in the life" of a Supervisor at Rensselaer. Learners will be provided with an overview of Rensselaer's HR Policy Guidelines, introduced to their virtual team, presented with actual work scenarios and discuss appropriate Leadership responses and actions will group members.
