Human Resources Policy Guidelines Manual

While Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) takes great care to demonstrate fair and equitable employment practices toward all of its employees, the Institute in turn expects all employees to adhere to basic, established standards of conduct and performance that will enable all members of the community to work together in our living, learning, and working environments to achieve the objectives of the Institute.

RPI faculty and staff members may refer to the Human Resources Policy Guidelines Manual (below), for information regarding their specific rights and responsibilities while employed on our campus. Faculty members can also consult the RPI Faculty Handbook (PDF) for additional information relevant to their role as members of the faculty.
