The Early Impact Award honors a new member of the RPI community who has already made a substantial, positive impact. This award recognizes an individual who brings initiative and results-driven excellence from day one. Someone who exemplifies what it means to contribute meaningfully from the very start.
Eligibility: Any full-time staff member hired after July 1, 2025
Nomination process: Log into the Awardco platform to submit a nomination. The nomination form is located on the left-hand side of the homepage. Nominations close October 15, 2026!
Reward: $1,000 + Engraved Lucite
