Early Impact Award

The Early Impact Award honors a new member of the RPI community who has already made a substantial, positive impact. This award recognizes an individual who brings initiative and results-driven excellence from day one. Someone who exemplifies what it means to contribute meaningfully from the very start.

Eligibility: Any full-time staff member who has been employed for 1-year or less.

Nominations process: Nominations will open in August and will be facilitated in the Awardco platform

Reward: $1,000 + Engraved Lucite

A campus-wide selection committee has been developed to review and select the recipient of this award.
