Meet with a CDPHP Nurse or Member Services Representative

As part of our wellness initiatives, the Division of Human Resources is excited to continue this quarterly series where you can meet virtually with a CDPHP Nurse or a Member Services representative on Monday, March 17, 2025 from 1pm - 4pm. Each 15 minute session will be facilitated by CDPHP and pre-registration is requiredSign up for your free, virtual session today!

Please join us in welcoming 27 new employees who started at RPI in January! Congratulations to all on their new roles — we’re excited to see the positive impact they will make on our community!

Starting January 1, 2025, New York became the first state to offer paid time off for prenatal care and pregnancy-related medical needs. Under this policy, employees who are pregnant or trying to become pregnant receive an additional 20 hours of paid leave for prenatal medical care.  You can access Rensselaer’s updated Paid Time Off Policy 1300.8 HERE.

Description: In this seminar, Managers and Supervisors will learn from each other and our Facilitators about important topics such as the Employee Value Proposition and Employee Experience, the six fundamental Leadership competencies at Rensselaer, and experience several “Supervisory Simulations” with colleagues. In addition, the importance of coaching employee performance, providing both rewards and recognition, employment law fundamentals and tools for building team capacity will be explored.
