Percipio will be undergoing administrative upgrades from June 10, 2024, through June 17, 2024. It is important to note that any current, in progress COMPLIANCE MODULE assignments should be completed by June 10th. If you choose to launch a COMPLIANCE MODULE during the period from June 10, 2024, through June 17, 2024, it is important that you complete the entire module, from beginning to end, in a single session.
The formal performance review can be an extremely powerful tool for the performance leader. This workshop presents a collaborative approach to the formal performance review. Participants learn how to prepare employees for a review, how to manage expectations during the session, and how to create an atmosphere that encourages openness about opportunities and plans for the future.

In this workshop, participants will receive individualized Extended DISC reports (based on the completion of the Extended DISC questionnaire) that reflect both their “natural” and "adjusted” behavioral styles and learn strategies which promote successful interactions with others.
