The RPI MAX Planning Stage ends July 31, 2025!  Managers and employees should meet to review expectations related to job duties and competencies. At this stage mission aligned goals for the review period should be entered into the PageUp system for tracking throughout the cycle.

FY’26 Performance Review Timeline:

• Planning Stage: July 1, 2025 – July 31, 2025
• Check-ins Periods (3): August 2025 – May 2026
• Annual Evaluation: June 2026
