“If you do not have 4 consecutive hours to vote, either from the opening of the polls to the beginning of your working shift, or between the end of your working shift and the closing of the polls, you may take off up to 2 hours, without loss of pay, to allow you time to vote if you are a registered voter.”
Please note: All Rensselaer employees registered to vote are granted up to 3 hours, without loss of pay, to allow you time to vote.

Virtual and remote work creates both challenges and opportunities to work as a cohesive team focused on achieving results. This workshop explores the fundamentals of Rensselaer’s Flexible Work Program, teaches leaders how to communicate more effectively in a virtual environment, focus their team by keeping team members and their goals visible and in sight and enhance trust among members separated by time and/or distance.
