The Fiscal year 2022 (7/1/2021 – 6/30/2022) holiday schedule is now available. During Fiscal Year 2022, Rensselaer will offer ten (10) employee holidays. The Institute will be closed during the annual Holiday Winter Break from Friday, December 24, 2021 through Sunday, January 2, 2022. Staff will use 3 accrued PTO days during this 10 day campus closing.

Re: New Title IX Regulations
The Division of Human Resources would like to remind the campus community of our partnership with International SOS.
2019 W-2’s are now available via Rensselaer Self-Service for those who elected to receive their W-2 electronically.
The Payroll Office will generate paper W-2 forms only for those individuals who did not elect to receive their W-2 in electronic format and for people who are not currently employed at RPI. These forms will be mailed on January 31, 2019. For information and instructions read the 2019 Form W-2 Announcement.
