Mentorship
Mentorship relationships are built on trust, guidance, and mutual growth. Generally, these relationships involve a more experienced or knowledgeable person supporting a less experienced one to help them achieve their goals. A Mentorship relationship can serve as a great way to execute on your development plan. Consider individuals both within the RPI community and externally for potential mentors.
