Performance Evaluation: Sections and Rating Scale

RPI MAX focuses on three components of performance:

1- Job Duties

The specific tasks, responsibilities, and activities assigned to a role that outline the expected contributions of an employee to achieve organizational goals and objectives. The duties are pulled from your job description.

2 - Competencies

The skills, knowledge, abilities, and behaviors required to successfully perform a specific job or role, aligned with organizational goals and performance expectations. Competencies are dependent on your job duties.
