Benefits-at-a-Glance

Rensselaer is recognized locally and nationally for the depth and breadth of its compensation and benefits programs. Human Resources' goal is to continue to provide Rensselaer employees and their eligible family members with an affordable and comprehensive benefits package while managing the escalating health care costs.

A summary of the benefits available to eligible employees appears below. During Rensselaer's annual open enrollment period, employees can change their benefit selections by logging into Benelogic with their RCS ID and password.

***Effective August 16, 2021, multi-factor authentication will be required to log into Benelogic. To access Benelogic, login with your RCS userID and password; you will then be prompted to complete a second factor authentication via Duo, Rensselaer's MFA service. If you are not already enrolled in Duo, please refer to the "Duo Mobile - Multi-Factor Authentication" ITSSC article for instructions.***

Please contact the Division of Human Resources Benefits and Retirement with any question regarding Rensselaer's Benefits Program. If you have any questions about enrolling or using DUO, please contact the helpdesk.
