Initiation of a flexible work arrangement can be at the request of either the Institute or the employee. Permission to engage in a flexible work arrangement is at the discretion of the supervisor and portfolio owner.
Employees who request a flexible work arrangement must first discuss the request with their immediate supervisor. Once the employee has had a discussion with their supervisor to review the desired arrangement, the employee will complete the Flexible Work Agreement.
All flexible work arrangements (with the exception of “Occasional Use Flexibility”) must include an executed Flexible Work Agreement.
