Rensselaer’s GM Supplier Discount gives employees special pricing on eligible Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, and Cadillac vehicles.

Rensselaer employees are eligible for a special incentive on a lease or purchase of most new Mercedes-Benz vehicles through the Fleet Employee Program (FEP). The incentives, which vary by model, act as an additional reduction to the best deal you negotiate.

National’s Emerald Club provides a discount off the rental rate for any vehicle. Personal reservations may be made through the National Emerald Club. Use Account Number L24H238 for personal rental reservations. Insurance is NOT included and there is no billing option, so the renter must provide a credit card as the method of payment at the time of rental.

Rensselaer employees have access to discounts on air travel that are not otherwise available to the public, such as a program which offers an 8% discount on Business Select and Anytime fares, along with an 8% discount on select Wanna Get Away fares. The reduced rates for Institute travel are available to employees both in Concur and by calling Direct Travel directly. Southwest Airlines will also permit employees to utilize the discount for personal air travel when booking through swabiz.com.
